Core Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load, unload, move, stack, and stage products using various forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck).
- Transport materials to and from production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Perform picking and put-away tasks in high-level storage racks.
- I’d like for you to conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing cycle counts.
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator is required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating different types of forklifts.
- Strong understanding of warehouse layout and inventory management.
- Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination. Physical Demands:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods and operate hand/ foot controls.
- Must be able to lift to 40 lbs occasionally.
Other: Safety-first mindset, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
