Roar Capital Hiring Workshop Manager

Roar Capital is seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee its fleet workshop operations in Dar es Salaam. The role involves ensuring vehicles and equipment are serviced, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

As Workshop Manager, you will be expected to:

  • Run diagnostic tests and determine the most effective repair and maintenance methods.

  • Put strategies in place to reduce recurring faults and avoid unnecessary breakdowns.

  • Coordinate and respond to breakdowns, accidents, and incidents quickly while keeping costs under control.

  • Supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines and company standards.

  • Review maintenance reports, highlight cost-saving opportunities, and suggest measures to extend fleet lifespan.

  • Inspect spare parts to confirm they are genuine, of the right quality, and properly fitted.
