Exim Bank is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – TPS to join our Corporate & Institutional Banking team. This role is ideal for a professional with experience in product development, cash management solutions, and cross-functional collaboration.
The selected candidate will play a key role in enhancing product offerings, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving innovation across the bank’s services.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Management
- Collaborate with product managers to design and enhance CIB products.
- Conduct market research to track customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Monitor product performance and client feedback to recommend improvements.
- Lead product enhancements, change requests, and lifecycle management.
- Ensure income flows and profitability through accurate product mapping and margin management.
Client Support & Relationship Management
- Deliver and implement cash management solutions to meet client needs.
- Provide continuous product guidance and support through calls, visits, and virtual sessions.
- Handle product-related inquiries to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback from clients, competitors, and regulators to refine product offerings.
Governance & Compliance
- Prepare monthly tariff reports to identify errors or deviations.
- Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Please work with Risk & Compliance to make sure that product launch processes are followed.
- Manage income leakage forums and profitability models.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Identify training needs and collaborate with the Learning & Development team.
- Conduct staff and client training on product usage.
- Support in preparing sales tools and materials for new product launches.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- 2–5 years’ experience in product development and cash management solutions within the banking industry.
- Strong background in cross-functional coordination, market research, and client engagement.
