Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the beverage sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor and evaluate sales performance.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across retail and distribution channels.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
- Train, motivate, and coach the sales team to optimize performance.
- Could you collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure that strategies and goals are aligned?
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving growth.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
